New easy way to access RCN Member Support Services advice

At a time of immense pressure on members across the country, a new series of factsheets has been developed by the RCN’s Member Support Services team to make it as easy as possible to get access to important information on the issues about which they most often contact the service to discuss.

The factsheets cover:

Activists will be aware of the challenges facing many members and are being asked to make them aware of the factsheets. “We recognise that due to the demand on our services, the telephone lines are sometimes very busy. But please encourage members to use the factsheets as they contain relevant information on the subjects which many members wish to discuss,” said Jacqui Jablaoui, Head of Member Support Services.
