RCN London Regional Director Addresses Nepalese Nursing Association

Bernell Bussue, Regional Director RCN London, was a guest speaker at the Nepalese Nursing Association (UK) New Year celebrations attended by around 450 people.

The meeting was also attended by the Nepalese High Commissioner and several leading business people some who flew in for the event from Nepal.

The Nepalese Nursing Association has around 1000 members in the UK, a significant number of which are also members of the RCN.

The formal part of the meeting was chaired by Prasuna Kadel, NNAUK General Secretary, who is an RCN activist and ITU sister working in London.

During the event a souvenir brochure “Smarika” was launched which details the contribution of some key Nepalese nurses who work in the UK health sector”.
