RCN London’s Operational Manager Nora Flanagan presented an award to a Jamaican Nurse, Henrietta Campbell, who came to England in the 1950s.

The RCN was delighted that Dr Neslyn Watson-Druée CBE received an award, presented to her by Penny Klees, whose mother Winifred trained as a nurse at Whipps Cross just before World War Two. At the time, there were only two black nurses in the country.
