RCN members support Belfast March for a fairer better way

RCN members and staff from across Northern Ireland supported the March for a fairer better way in Belfast on Saturday 20 October.

The march was co-ordinated by the Northern Ireland Committee of the Irish Congress of Trade Unions. It took place at the same time as the TUC’s A future that works march in London, which the RCN also supported.

Both events were designed to highlight opposition to government cuts and their impact upon health and social care services across the United Kingdom. They also highlighted concerns about attacks on national pay and conditions.
