AfC consultation: time is running out
Published: 03 January 2013
The deadline is fast approaching for RCN members to have their say on proposals to amend terms and conditions of employment for NHS staff in England.
Members have been encouraged to attend their local branch meetings to give their feedback. But there is also a survey that can be completed by those who are unable to attend a branch meeting in person to take part in the RCN Agenda for Change consultation.
National negotiators have worked hard to reach agreements that retain as much of the Agenda for Change contract as possible, protecting the national agreement, making it more difficult for employers to introduce local pay, terms and conditions.
At the end of the RCN consultation, feedback will be presented to RCN Council later in January for consideration.
