Free factsheet on bullying for RCN members

A new factsheet containing advice for RCN members facing bullying and harassment in the workplace is now available.

As well as defining bullying and harassment, the RCN Direct guide also includes practical advice for members accused of bullying and practical resources such as a bullying diary and links to essential additional information.

RCN Direct Contact Centre Manager Terina Scheeres said: "The guide is an invaluable new resource for RCN members facing difficult times in their work life and a useful reference guide.
