Have your say on the CQC
Published: 03 September 2012
The Royal College of Nursing is encouraging members to respond to a Care Quality Commission (CQC) survey to measure health and social care workers' awareness of the regulator's work.
The survey will take just five to 10 minutes to complete, and all the results are anonymous. The survey findings will be used to help the CQC develop the ways in which they communicate with providers.
RCN Policy Adviser Leela Barham said: "RCN members have shown how important they believe effective regulation is as part of delivering safe and quality care by sharing their insights in a recent focus group. This CQC work builds on the amazing response to an earlier RCN survey about the CQC and it would be fantastic if RCN members could also let CQC know directly, using this survey, what they think."
