ICN announces revised dates for 2009 Congress

The International Council of Nurses (ICN) have confirmed 27 June – 04 July 2009 as the dates for their 24th quadrennial Congress in Durban. The dates have been revised by one week, to ensure the event did not clash with a major rugby match due to be held in the city at the same time.
The ICN is a federation of 131 national nurses associations, including the RCN, representing the millions of nurses worldwide. Operated by nurses and leading nursing internationally, the ICN works to ensure quality care for all and sound health policies globally.
