New accountability learning opportunity available

The RCN has today launched a new accountability learning resource. Developed by the RCN and the Working in Partnership Programme (WiPP), the resource will help all members of the nursing family develop a clear understanding of accountability and responsibility.
The health care assistants and accountability resource, which is available in the RCN Learning Zone, uses online interactivities and digital stories to engage learners. It is a must-read for any RCN member who wishes to learn more about identifying the health care assistant role and its boundaries.
The resource can be found in the personal development learning area of the Learning Zone. It is available to all RCN members who will be asked to enter an RCN membership number and password to access the content.
