New publication on the role of assistant practitioners

The Royal College of Nursing has launched a new publication on the role of assistant practitioners in children and young people’s services.

Available exclusively on the RCN website, The Assistant Practitioner Role in Children and Young People’s Services. Working Party Report and Recommendations for Practice examines the background and development of the assistant practitioner role in children and young people’s services. It looks at key policy issues and recommendations for future development and implementation.
