The April issue of RCN Bulletin, the monthly magazine for members, is published today, packed with news, views and features.

This issue highlights new RCN guidance on raising concerns. It criticises the one per cent salary increase for NHS employees as insufficient and introduces an online tool to help members maximise their income.
