RCN care home survey 2010

Published: 11 January 2010

Care homes in England are facing many challenges due to a changing system of regulation; quality and performance issues; workforce sustainability and staffing shortages. If you work in a care home in England, the RCN would like to hear about your experiences and views. The results will be compiled into a report that will be launched in spring 2010.

The survey focuses on issues of capacity, workplace dynamics, staffing and quality of care. The RCN is inviting all registered nurses and health care assistants to take part in this short online survey, which should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.

The survey closes on 8 February 2010.
