RCN Congress 2009 closes

RCN Congress 2009 has now closed. This year's historic event saw RCN members, including nurses, health care assistants and students, from across the UK meet to learn, develop professionally and share excellent nursing practice.

Those attending also took part in exciting debates, visited the UK's largest exhibition of nursing products and services and witness many key speeches, including those by the  Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, Leader of the Conservative Party David Cameron, RCN President, Maura Buchanan, the RCN Chief Executive & General Secretary, Dr Peter Carter and the Government's Dignity Ambassador, Sir Michael Parkinson.

All the key debates and speeches from the event are available to view again in Congress 2009.
