RCN Direct Christmas hours

There are a few changes to RCN Direct services over Christmas and the new year.

The RCN Direct email service will be closed from 4.30pm on Friday 21 December until 9am on Wednesday 2 January.

RCN Direct telephone service will be closed from 8.30pm on Friday 21 December until 8.30am on Wednesday 2 January. RCN members can update their details at any time via MyRCN.

RCN Direct publications will be closed throughout the Christmas period, with the telephone service closed from 4pm on Friday 21 December until 10am on Wednesday 2 January. RCN publications will remain available to download free of charge online.

The RCN Direct advice service can be contacted from 8.30am to 8.30pm daily throughout the Christmas period on 0345 772 6100 and the RCN Direct online advice service will also be available 24 hours a day.
