RCN launches revised aesthetic medicine guidelines

The Royal College Nursing has launched a revised edition of the publication RCN competences: An integrated career and competence framework for nurses in aesthetic medicine. Available exclusively on the RCN website, this revised competence framework will benefit health care workers, employers, patients and the public.

Nurses using the framework will be helped to deliver consistently high standards of care. The publication also contains useful information to help with career development. Employers will  benefit from a model to ensure consistently high standards of care and a clearer insight into the expertise and competence of  staff.
