RCN: Proud of our diversity

The RCN is PROUD to support the many Pride events that are taking place this summer.
Under the banner of 'Proud', the RCN will be joining over 1.3 million people who participate in the Pride events each year to celebrate diversity and promote equal opportunities for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community.
'Proud' is part of the RCN's ongoing work on championing diversity - including race, faith, gender, disability and age - with the goal of creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and appreciated.
