Recognition for RCN Direct

The work of RCN Direct has been recognised at the Welsh Contact Centre Forum annual awards.
The RCN Direct Information Content Co-ordinator team were “highly commended” in the best support team category and were presented with their certificate by comedian and author David Walliams.
“It is a fantastic achievement for RCN Direct to be recognised by the industry once again. It is the staff that make the service, and this is highly deserved recognition for every single member of the team who are involved in making this such a leading service for our members and customers,” said Simon Hiscocks, Acting Director of RCN Direct.
