Help and support to recruit activists

A new DVD resource is available to help RCN Wales branches recruit activists.
RCN Wales has produced a DVD aimed at recruiting new activists. The DVD features accounts and experiences of existing RCN Wales activists, learning representatives, safety representatives and stewards who explain their role and what being an RCN activist is really all about.
The aim of the DVD is to help branches recruit new activists and communicate the diversity of the role and its importance in influencing policy and supporting fellow members.
RCN Wales hopes it conveys the value we place on activists and the support that is offered to developing these roles as well as the opportunities offered to those who embark on their activist journey.
