Cancer care professionals' views wanted

Macmillan Cancer Support is working with Claire Bourne - a Senior Researcher at Coventry University, who is undertaking a Professional Doctorate in Health Psychology - to build an evidence base for a training programme for cancer professionals such as Cancer Nurse Specialists and Allied Health Professionals.

The objective is to enable these practitioners to support their patients to make healthy lifestyle changes, including physical activity and healthy eating.

The research project is looking for cancer professionals to complete an online questionnaire to establish their training and support needs to enable them to be more effective in supporting health behaviour change. The questionnaire will take about ten minutes to complete and has received ethical approval.
