A blog is just like a diary, the only difference is that it's online and everyone can read it! It's easy to keep in touch with what Dr Peter Carter is up to and his reactions to topical news stories. Keep visiting the blog as Dr Carter will update it regularly.

Twitter can accurately be described as a worldwide phenomenon. Millions of people keep 'followers' up to date with their thoughts, reactions and activities. Both the RCN and Dr Carter will have Twitter pages and you can subscribe to Twitter and chose to 'follow them'.
Simply visit www.twitter.com and click on 'Sign up'; then go through the steps that follow. Once you've got a page to yourself, you can search for Dr Carter and the RCN. Once you've found them, just click on 'follow' and the updates will automatically appear whenever you log on - it's that easy.
Once you're a Twitter member, you can email questions or comments to both pages straight from the site.
