The RCN currently has over 50 recognition agreements with independent and voluntary health and social care employers across the UK. In addition to regular discussions with companies regarding strategic employment and professional matters, we play a fundamental role in enhancing relations within the workplace that promote staff engagement, reduce conflict before significant difficulties arise and assist in the recruitment and retention of staff.
