The Commissioning Board explained
The RCN has published a briefing on the wide and varied role of the NHS CB, and the College's policy position on this key body in the new NHS. There is also a similar briefing on the NHS Mandate, the document through which the Secretary of State for Health sets objectives for the NHS CB.
