Workforce issues update
National, regional and local partnership negotiations continue. The RCN remains one of the lead trade unions in these discussions at all levels.
The most recent successful outcomes from negotiations mean that clinical commissioning groups will now come under Agenda for Change terms and conditions (see annexe A of the NHS Terms and Conditions Handbook) and will also be able to access the NHS Pension Scheme.

Following recent discussions between the DH (which “owns” the HR Transition website and HR Zone), sender and receiver organisations, and trade unions, there is a commitment to make this zone more relevant and user friendly, and easier to navigate so all users can find the right information without difficulty.
