Filling of posts in successor organisations

There are nationally agreed set frameworks which govern how posts will be filled in the new successor organisations. These have been designed to protect staff involved in the process, both pre and post transfer. If you are part of this process, your employer will be following the frameworks which identify when people can apply for what posts and who may be slotted in to a post. All of this will be done in line with set national timescales.
