Terms and conditions on transfer

Terms and conditions of employment will be protected under the terms of a transfer scheme which will be used to transfer employment to the new employer. The transfer scheme will mean that current NHS Agenda for Change terms and conditions of employment will be protected.  Employees will also be able to continue with their membership of the NHS pension, as the majority of new receivers will be employers under the NHS pension’s scheme. Where employers are not covered by the NHS pension scheme (for example local authorities and Public Health England), the transfer scheme will allow for staff to transfer with the NHS pension scheme.
