The Department of Health has set up a dedicated website for the HR Transition Process called the HR Zone. This contains a range of resources for use by both employers and trade unions around the Transition Process and the transfer of staff. There is a range of information regarding the filling of posts and also some of the technical aspects around the employment transfer.

The People Transition website (www.hrtransition.co.uk) gives background into the Health and Social Care Act 2012 and the organisations that this will create within the new commissioning environment in 2013. There are extensive FAQs around the HR Transition Process and the different stages including the filling of posts.

There is also a national Social Partnership Forum which has a website available at www.socialpartnershipforum.org

The Social Partnership Forum supports partnership working within the NHS and the website highlights key areas of work within specific organisations.
