    This guidance, produced by the RCN using CQC guidance, sets out questions and answers for different scenarios for whether domiciliary care agencies and nurses agencies will need to register with the Care Quality Commission. It also provides information for patients and users of services about where they can go if they are concerned about the quality of care that they receive.
