The review itself is comprehensive and wide-ranging, with separate pieces of work taking place on:
- the purpose and roles of forums and networks
- ways of working
- governance processes and functions
- resources
- communications and engagement with the review
One of the outputs will be recommendations to redraft our ‘blue book’ which will ultimately become the college’s guide on the roles, remits and functions of all these member groups.
Once the preliminary phase of work has been completed, the group will seek input from forums, networks and the wider membership and its findings and proposals.
