When you join the RCN, you become part of the UK’s largest nursing community that works together to improve the experiences of our members and the people they care for. Joining the RCN not only gives you a great opportunity to become a campaigner, but the skills you develop will help you in your professional role. This booklet details ways of getting more involved and helping shape the nursing profession, whether you have a few minutes a week or a few hours a month to spare.
