The RCN has responded to NHS England’s consultation assessing maternity care provision and considering how services should be developed to meet the changing needs of women and babies.
The RCN strongly opposes this Bill which, if enacted, would have serious consequences for productivity and staff morale in the NHS. This briefing covers facility time and ballot thresholds, as well as the Bill’s impact on patient care.
