Learning representatives

What are they?

Learning representatives are professional facilitators who support staff in a variety of health care settings in order to maintain their personal and professional development needs.

They are elected by local members and work with local branches. Learning representatives are trained by the RCN to enable them to undertake their role,  time off arrangements are usually in place with the employer.

Where are they in the South West region?
