The session will also provide an opportunity to explore resources available to support issues relating to accountability and will introduce a learning framework which will assist HCSWs to learn in your own time, at your own pace and outline the most important factors that will get you started in your health care career. 'First Steps' has been developed around the NHS Knowledge and Skills Framework and codes and standards for Wales and also links to a range of National Occupational Standards.
