All space only site include:

  • stand space within the exhibition hall
  • a fifty word company entry on the RCN Congress website
  • your company name and stand number listed in the RCN Congress guide
  • tea and coffee for stand personnel

Contact the Corporate Relations Team to request a Space only site.

The exhibition hall opening times is to be confirmed. No major construction work is permitted on exhibition open days.

Clear height is 6.5m and 8.4m within roof trusses. All stands must be within building regulations and structures over 4m need planing consent. You must supply the conference and event manager with scale drawings. Failure to do so could involve you having to make extensive alterations to the stand at your own cost.

Please note: You must complete a contractor access and build form to ensure access to the venue during the contractor build-up time.

The venue flooring will be the existing grey carpet in the venue. To order specialty flooring please visit Joe Manby Limited for the options and prices. Please note if you are changing the flooring it would need to be boarded as carpet cannot be laid on carpet.
