Breathing techniques for stress reduction

A range of simple breathing techniques you can do anywhere, giving you the power to feel calmer and more relaxed whenever you want!
We'll start by using the breath to de-stress, then allow our body to breathe naturally (without the mind interfering), and then soothe the central nervous system before using the breath to get to sleep (blankets provided!)
