Come along to a Just Relax Session as we follow these seven steps to relaxation: Move, Play, Stretch, Feel, Breathe, Believe and Relax.
We use techniques from Emotional Freedom Technique, Yoga, Mindfulness, Massage and Meditation to relax in a safe nurturing space. We slow the body down as we move through the stages from high energy to low energy ending with a short meditation.
