How to get in touch or visit us

Membership enquiries

We are currently experiencing an extremely high number of calls and emails to our Membership Department. If you need to contact us via either of these routes, please be patient and we will deal with your enquiry as soon as possible.

If you pay for your membership via Direct Debit you may have noticed that we have set up a new reference for your payment as part of a migration to a new membership system. This does not affect your payment(s), and you need take no action.

Remember if you need to update your personal or employment details, you can visit MyRCN and do this online.
