The UK Government has suggested that it thinks productivity can be improved in the NHS – i.e. doing more for less money.
We know how incredibly hard you work, and how stretched you are on a daily basis, but we still need your evidence to use it in any future talks with the UK Government, including negotiations about reform to Agenda for Change.
What are some of the issues stopping you from doing more, such as staff morale, staffing levels or cuts to CPD?
You may also want to explain the impact of pay restraint. How important is the money you receive by working additional shifts, including unsocial hours payments?
