Do you need further help finding information or improving your literature searching skills?

All RCN Libraries offer members training sessions, and these can be tailored to meet your needs. RCN Northern Ireland, RCN ScotlandRCN Wales Libraries – contact your library to request a training session at a time that suits you.

RCN Library and Heritage Centre (London)

We offer drop in training sessions for RCN members on Wednesday (2-4pm) and Saturday (3-4pm).

Please note, due to staff training, there will be no drop in session on Wednesday 16 January

We also offer one-to-one training sessions. Register online or contact us to book.

Training sessions delivered by Skype

Join a library training session wherever you are using Skype. This one to one session will cover how to use library resources. To register you must have Skype on your device (computer, laptop etc.) and a Skype account. Find out more about Skype

What is a drop in training session?

A member of library staff is available to help RCN members with using library databases for literature searching. 

You can arrive at any point during the session without an appointment. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the end.

What is a one to one training session?

RCN members may book one session at a time. Each session has one participant.

You should arrive before the start time.
