Why I'm looking forward to October

 Stuart Cox 1 Sep 2017

I’m really looking forward to this years’ RCN Critical Care Workshop on 21 October, which has a trauma focus.

It’s for nurses and nursing students that not only work in a major trauma centre or trauma units, but who have an interest in critical care trauma.

Equally, I’m very much looking forward to the RCN Flight Nursing Workshop on 7 October, which will be covering considerations for travel, security, communication and emergencies with a great speaker group.

If you haven’t attended either of these workshops before it’s a great opportunity to meet fellow critical care and in-flight nurses as they share their experiences through a patient journey and to learn more about these challenging areas of nursing. It’s a great day to hear from the leading experts and as an added bonus, you’ll gain seven hours towards your revalidation by attending either session. I’ll look forward to seeing you!
