Members employed by Liverpool Heart and Chest NHS Foundation Trust are invited to meet with RCN staff and reps on an upcoming site visit.
Regional Officer Wes Auden and Job Evaluation Officer for the North West, Justine Somerville, alongside local rep Pauline Harrison will be on the Old Surgical Corridor near to the main reception to talk to members about job evaluation from 9am - 11am.
RCN members can learn more about the job evaluation and banding process, and the work that Justine is doing to support members.
Should your ward or department be too busy for several members of staff to leave, you can nominate a member visit the stand so that the information can be shared without impacting patient care.
So come along to discuss any questions you have about job evaluation and how it affects you.
