Nurse educators in England: what’s your experience?
10 Sep 2024 - 12 Sep
Choose event information:
Are you a nursing professional working in higher education as an educator in England? If so, we want to hear from you.
Join us and nurse educator colleagues across England online to share your experiences. We’ll use what you tell us to develop policy recommendations to ensure that nursing education, across all fields, is protected.
Nurse educators play a critical role in developing the future generation of nursing professionals and supporting the development of nursing registrants. Nurse educators are key to ensuring we have the right workforce to support people and communities and to deliver safe and effective care.
Here at the RCN, we’re concerned about pressures affecting the nurse educator workforce including workload, morale and difficulties in recruitment and retention. We believe these issues are not being adequately addressed as part of workforce planning.
Now we want to understand more from our nurse educator members. This is your chance to input into this vital conversation.
