At this event RCN Eastern will also be honouring staff with our Making a Difference Awards. These awards offer us the opportunity to come together and recognise the contribution of Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) colleagues who have made a real difference to the lives of patients or colleagues, and of allies who have made a difference in the course of their everyday roles on the issues of race equality, inclusion and anti-discrimination.

Recipients of the 2022 awards will be recognised at this Black History Month event.
