RCN Eastern members will be celebrating Black History Month with this special event.

Come along and celebrate the contribution of black and minority ethnic people to health and social care and be part of an educational, emotive and inspirational event.

Our keynote speaker, Stephen Bourne, will be discussing the history and contribution of BaME nurses pre NHS and pre Mary Seacole.

Head of RCN Foundation, Deepa Korea, will be highlighting grant opportunities available via the RCN Foundation to support nursing, and RCN members Louis Horne and Eva Omondi will share their emotional journeys.

Join us and enjoy a Caribbean themed afternoon tea. Please notify us of any special dietary requirements. There will also be an awards ceremony to recognise local achievements in equality, diversity and inclusion.
