Book now to attend this virtual event for all accredited UK RCN Reps.

This virtual event for all UK RCN Reps will take place on Thursday 18 and Friday 19 March 2021, when the spring UK joint representatives’ conference was scheduled, to ensure the RCN rep community across the UK continues to have an opportunity to come together.

RCNReps2021 will be open to all accredited RCN reps to join live or watch on demand afterwards.

Live sessions will commence at lunchtime on 18 March and continue throughout the day on 19 March.

The theme for the conference is ‘Healing and rebuilding: finding hope for the future’. At this unprecedented moment for nursing, we’ll be acknowledging the central role RCN reps have played throughout the pandemic, exploring how you as reps have delivered for members and looking ahead to the influence reps can have going forward.

The conference will feature an opening address by Dame Donna Kinnair as well as addresses from the RCN President and Deputy President.  Professor Michael West will deliver the keynote presentation The Courage of Compassion - supporting nurses and midwives to deliver high quality care.  There will also be sessions on support and wellbeing, and looking to the future beyond COVID.
