RCN London is excited to present the region's 2024 Black History Month event. Through our interactive programme, our speakers will share their personal journeys; how they developed and progressed in their careers; and tell us about the people they met along the way who encouraged them. We want you to leave the event empowered and even more determined to develop and grow in your own nursing journey.
On the day:
- Listen to our keynote speaker, international nursing expert and RCN Fellow, Barbara Stillwell FRCN.
- Ask questions during our interactive panel discussion with:
- Former RCN President, Dr Cecilia Akrisie Anim CBE
- RCNi Nurse of the year in 2023, Julie Roye
- RCN London Board member, Aries Maximus Ogbuokiri
- Filipino Senior Nurses Alliance UK Officer, Walter Burog
- Hear live music from Westminster City School
- Join us for the 2024 Rising Star Awards ceremony
The in-person event is fully booked, so do sign up to join us online if you can. A certificate of learning will be available for all attendees.
