The Legality and Accuracy of Record Keeping (for Registered Nurses, Health Care Support Workers and Nursing Students) - morning seminar

RCN Members: Registered Nurse Member: £25 + VAT (£30) Health Care Support Worker/ Health Care Assistant/ Nursing Student Member: £15 + VAT (£18) Non-Member Registered Nurse: £37.50 + VAT (£45); Non-member Health Care Support Worker/ Health Care Assistant/ Nursing Student: £20 + VAT (£24)

The aim of this morning seminar is to explore effective principles and practice of good record keeping.

This seminar is aimed at Registered Nurses, Health Care Support Workers and pre-registration Nursing Students working in any sector.

Topics include:

  • Professional judgement and accountability
  • The Legalities
  • Duty of Candour
  • Caldicott
  • Electronic Records
  • Resources including First Steps
  • Critical incident analysis

Course fees include tea/coffee and course handouts on the day
