Take a break from the day-to-day and join fellow RCN members for a guided meditation session.
We are taking some time out from the COVID-19 outbreak to learn new skills and focus our minds on some creative activities.
Struggling to switch off after a stressful shift? Join this guided meditation especially for nursing staff, to help you let go of work and find much-needed moments of rest during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Led by Martyn, an experienced hypnotherapist and coach who runs North East Hypnosis.
