Time to tune in

Take a break from the day-to-day and join fellow RCN members in a guided meditation.

We've been taking time out from the COVID-19 outbreak to connect with our creative skills, learn something new and meet fellow RCN members.

How do you know you are in tune with yourself? How do you know when you're not? 

Join us for a meditation session with wellness and life coach Hawa, who will help us practice self-care, self love, and harness more energy for ourselves and others. With an aim towards self- attunement, we will tune into our body, state of mind, and heart.

Hawa will share five approaches to tuning in and lead us through a guided meditation. Please bring a notebook and something comfy, like a pillow or blanket.

Are feeling settled, grounded, and fully present? Join us on the 6th and let us begin.

The session will be hosted on Zoom. Details on how to join will be sent to your email address prior to the event. Look out for an email from RCN Library. Please note the slightly later start time for this 'Time to' event of 5:30pm.

Whether you are working or isolating, please join us if you would like, and keep in mind the following to ensure it is safe and enjoyable for all.

  • Feel free to stay for as little or as long as you like, and you can sign off at any time.
  • Everyone is of course welcome to talk, and we are here to listen, but we can’t provide professional advice or support during the session. If you do need more professional support regarding the current circumstances, we’ll be able to signpost you to RCN resources and services.
