Pressure Ulcer Prevention and Management (for Registered Nurses)

This morning seminar aims to provide and update knowledge and skills in relation to Pressure Ulcer Prevention and Management

Bookings are now closed for this event. This seminar is aimed at Registered Nurses working in both the Independent Sector and the NHS.

Topics include:

  • Definitions of a pressure ulcer and factors contributing towards its development
  • Categorising pressure ulcers
  • Assessing a person's skin
  • Risk Assessment
  • Prevention of pressure ulcers - SSKIN
  • All Wales Guidance

Course fees include tea/coffee and course handouts on the day
