Presented by James Bennett, Area Coroner at Birmingham and Solihull Coroner Service, this session will examine legal accountability, claims, inquests and when health and safety crosses into inquests.
Attendees will learn what to do and how to prepare if they happen, how to draft a statement, and what to do if you are asked to attend court.
You can book your place now on this Learning Event. The event is free for RCN members, while non-members will be charged £20 + VAT. This fee will be reimbursed if the attendee joins the RCN on the day.
